From my experience GoToMeeting has solid customer support.
You have the option to call them live, but due to the ongoing pandemic, they do let you know that there are high wait times and suggest that you use the help/support center to try and find an answer.
When you go to the support center you are shown a menu of their products, where you can select which one you need help with. Once you navigate there, you can search for the topic that you need help with or use the resources that they provide for you on the page. I was able to find the answers that I was looking for quickly and the articles and guides were easy to follow and digest.
Another way to find an answer to your question is using the chat bot, that is at the bottom right of your screen. The bot navigates you to the most popular topics that people are looking for answers to, and gives you automated responses that relate to that topic and if the automated answers don't give you what you're looking for, they will direct you to other resources, where you can find answers.
Overall, the support for GoToMeeting is solid. I do wish they had better live chat help as it's nice to be able to communicate with someone over chat rather than using a bot. However, their bot is quite robust and is able to handle most questions that you are looking for.
